Delivery & Returns


We are currently able to offer deliveries within 20 miles of Hough on the Hill, Grantham. Our delivery charges are as follows:

Within 3 miles of Hough on the Hill, Grantham – free of charge

3 – 20 miles of Hough on the Hill, Grantham – additional £5 fee.

If you are outside of our catchment area, please do email us with you enquiry as we still may be able to accommodate your request.

Please note that deliveries will take place between 8.30am – 5pm. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time. If you require your flowers to be delivered by a certain time we would advise you choose to click and collect. The Lincolnshire Flower Company cannot be held responsible if a delivery is late due to circumstances out of our control.

Should you need to change your delivery address please call us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate the change, however it cannot be guaranteed.

If you wish to have your flowers delivered on a Monday you order must be with us by Friday 2pm.


All of our floral products are freshly made to order. However, on the very rare occasion that your flowers do not match the standards The Lincolnshire Flower Company is known for, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving your bouquet. We will require an image of your flowers so we can review the condition in order to determine if a refund or replacement is necessary.

Flower Substitution

As noted on all our floral product descriptions the images shown give a representation of our style, not an exact replica of the product you will receive. We always aim to provide you with the best quality flowers which may mean that we sometimes have to substitute certain flowers to adapt to seasonal changes, demands and availability. We reserve the right to make a professional choice as to which flowers are replaced.
